Primary Care NP — Outpatient Clinician, Patient-Focused

Sanitas Medical Center in Phoenix is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient primary health care. You will report to the Medical Director and work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination.
