The Inside Sales Associate resolves customer account needs and **fostering long-term satisfaction** through dedicated service and coordination. This position is centered on selling and or **nurturing** existing relationships and supporting the Sales Team. * Responsible for managing key accounts with the support of the Branch Manager.* Responsible for handling complex inventory order management for those key accounts.* **Ensure alignment** on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.* **Collaborate** with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.* Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel **supported and heard.*** **Foster a sense of partnership** across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.* Maintain a collaborative and **team-oriented** approach to daily office operations.* Provide backup support for the branch counter by helping with the walk-in traffic, answering customer questions, completing cylinder exchange, help organize the showroom.* Will obtain forklift certification to handle branch cylinders. ## \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_## ## Are you a MATCH?**Required Qualifications:** * A high school diploma or equivalent.* Prior customer service and/or inside sales related experience required.* Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; works well with others in a team environment across the organization knowing who to engage to achieve results. Uses candor and sensitivity in their dealings with others.* Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer’s needs, both internal and external.* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills to include the ability to multi- task and effectively manage projects in a diverse organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional post high school education and/or training preferred.* SAP experience preferred.* Industrial Gas and/or Welding experience preferred. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
