Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant $20.00 $23.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday 12:00AM-8:30PM 1 Saturday per Month Location: Long Beach, CA. Start Your Career with Purpose! We're looking for a Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant who's ready to grow their administrative skills while supporting a team that changes lives every day. No medical experience needed just a great attitude, strong organization skills, and a heart for helping others!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly Update and maintain electronic client records Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!) Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Your Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Bilingual (Preferred/Required) 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required) Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting
