To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. On any given day, you will: Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready. Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine. Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events. Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies. ?? What You Bring to the Table: Preferred (But We Will Train the Right Person): Affordable Housing Pro: 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines). Tech Savvy: You know your way around Yardi and Microsoft 365. Detail Obsessed: You enjoy double-checking tax credit files and numbers. People First: You have a passion for customer service and can handle tough conversations with empathy.
