Manufacturing Company Job Description Oversee and manage the NDT department, including CMM, Inspection, and blue light scanning processes Lead a team of 5 Supervisors and 50+ hourly employees, including NDT X-Ray Level 1 & 2 technicians and Quality technicians Drive production output and optimize manufacturing processes to meet operational targets Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to ensure consistent throughput and efficiency Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and production targets for quality, safety, and financial objectives Mentor, coach, and develop supervisors to build a high-performing leadership team Key Requirements BS degree in Engineering required Strong operations background with demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies, metrics, and analytics Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing leaders and cross-functional teams Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Company Description Since 1973, Search Masters has been a leader in Northeast Ohio in Executive Search and professional placement.
