Many successful careers at our dealership started in entry-level positions just like this one. Responsibilities Clean, detail, wax, and prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery. Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Deliver on specific customer requirements. Maintain the proper function and care of all detailing tools and equipment. Keep the detail area clean, organized, and running efficiently. Report any vehicle damage or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner. Work closely with teammates to keep vehicles moving through the process. Maintain a high standard of quality while representing the dealership with pride. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Positive attitude and a can-do mentality. Dependable and punctual. Takes pride in doing things the right way. Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve every day. Strong work ethic with the initiative to step up when needed. Team player who enjoys staying busy. Good communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No detailing experience? No problem—we're happy to train the right person.
