Supply Technician

Location Detail: 100 Grand Street New Britain (10126) Shift Detail: Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend coverage The Storeroom is a vital part of the hospital; it remains open on a 24‑hour basis. The department works together to ensure the needs of our patients, visitors, and staff are met in a timely, courteous manner. This includes working closely with clinical teams to provide medical supplies as needed. Responsibilities Maintain adequate levels of unexpired supplies by rotating inventory and par‑leveling to meet departmental needs, including conducting cycle counts. Deliver supplies as needed throughout the organization. Work effectively as a team member within the department to provide quality service to hospital units through communication, cooperation, and collaboration. Remain flexible for scheduling, including working 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet patient needs. Qualifications Education High school or equivalent required. Minimum Experience Storeroom/receiving experience preferred. Read/write English required. Excellent math, computer, and interpersonal skills. Ability to do heavy lifting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
