Physician Relations

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Physician Relations to join our team. The Physician Relations is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships, developing, and establishing new business relationship census as defined through targeted goals of the business plan, and developing referring relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts. This role will be responsible for representing the company at community related activities, establish, nurture, and solidify referral relationships for the clinic on behalf of the company.

Essential functions include identifying and establishing relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics; creating and delivering informational materials to existing referrals and new contacts; helping plan, coordinate, and execute the company's efforts, including attending tradeshows, community and company events; creating and delivering initiatives to current and prospective new business accounts; maintaining accurate spreadsheets and documentation of all contacts in Salesforce; providing education and communication to the company for both new and existing business relationships; serving as a resource person for processing purposes regarding forms, procedures, and workflow for existing and new business relationships; troubleshooting any issues, problems and complaints with existing and new business relationships; adhering to the company standards of business conduct and healthcare compliance; reporting accidents promptly and following the policy and procedures set forth by the center; and performing other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities include being enthusiastic and adaptable, fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other electronic formats (i.e. SharePoint), independent thinking and detail oriented with the ability to track daily interactions with all business relationships, ability to work independently without supervision, ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner, and ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally.

Education and experience include a high school diploma or GED, six (6) months of experience in marketing, advertising or sales, and a valid driver's license.
