What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards
- Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Support teammates across the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Take pride in consistency, quality, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Dependability, accountability, and respect for your craft
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift, and carry throughout a shift
- Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide training
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Must be at least 16 years old
