Description:

Building Maintenance Technician / Industrial Painter

Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial facility buildings and equipment.
Prepared, primed, and applied industrial coatings to walls, floors, ceilings, structural steel, and equipment using brushes, rollers, and spray systems.
Repaired and maintained drywall, doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, and other building components.
Completed minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs to support daily facility operations.
Conducted routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Operated lifts, ladders, pressure washers, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
