Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Standard 8hr Shift range between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with possible overtime based on business needs
- Occasional evening shifts may be required with advance notice
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Imaging laptops and tablets
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks such as receiving equipment, inventory management, and IT storage cleanup
- Following direction from the IT Support Supervisor in executing day-to-day responsibilities
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for end users (both technical and soft skills)
- Escalating issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
- Documenting all incoming issues and routing them to the correct support teams
Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 1–2 years of equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Call center/phone support experience is a plus
Location: Onsite in Diamond Bar
