Please note that this position is based out of Escondido, CA and is a part-time role.As an Office Clerk at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. you will grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator.To be successful in this position you will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and pro-active attitude.Responsibilities:Provide consistent and accurate administrative support on current projects to the Office Administration team to ensure smooth project operationsAssist with bond review (scan, review, authenticate, save)Follow-up with responsible parties to obtain required documentationAssist team by entering contacts/contact sheetsAssist in tracking of various weekly & monthly reportsAssist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and ensuring company standards for organization, accuracy and complianceAssist in regular project documentation auditsScan and print project plan setsAssist HR department with receptionist break coverage on multi-line system on an as needed basisPrioritize daily activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance policiesEffective communication and teamwork with the Office Administration department, project partners, and satellite offices.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent attention to detail and facility with numbersAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a busy office environmentAbility to work with multiple team members, in-person as well as other satellite officesSelf-starter with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skillsIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely mannerGood judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quicklyMust have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteBasic Docusign knowledgeProcore knowledge a plusTyping of at least 55 wpm with emphasis on accuracyMust possess a high school diploma or GEDErickson-Hall Construction Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
