Connect and configure network devices, including firewalls, switches, and ISP modems. Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on computers and servers. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide technical assistance. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and network peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners with LAN static IPs). Understand and work within Domain Controller environments (domain vs. workgroup). Perform on-site installations, wiring, and cable management. Conduct network discovery and documentation for infrastructure planning. Manage project timelines and coordinate scheduling with the IT and AV dispatcher. Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve hardware issues. Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and infrastructure hardware (firewalls, switches, workstations, monitors, etc.). Knowledge of network configuration and connectivity (firewall, switch, ISP modem, WiFi, etc.). Ability to install and implement network peripherals on-site. Proficiency in Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with hardware repairs, upgrades, and software diagnostics . Strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
