Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Spa Manager for a unique opportunity to lead a newly opened spa and build its success from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Spa Associates, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Estheticians Drive membership growth, retail sales, client retention, and overall spa performance Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve business goals Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily spa operations Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts Maintain compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards, policies, and procedures Lead by example and create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and success What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa environments Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales goals Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain employees Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Customer-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence Experience in membership-based sales environments is highly preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Schedule Expectations Full-time position (40 hours per week) Flexible schedule based on business needs Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to support the team during peak operating hours Willingness to respond to operational and staffing needs as they arise Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($50,000-$60,000) plus commission plus sales bonuses Optional health insurance 401(k) plan Employee discounts on spa services and retail products Paid training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized wellness brand This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to build, lead, and grow with a brand that is committed to wellness, exceptional service, and professional development.
