Contract Manager – Technology ProcurementClient is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support its Procurement team in managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts—particularly in the areas of software licensing, IT infrastructure, and cloud services.This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial services or banking environments who can bring strategic insight, negotiation expertise, and a sharp analytical lens to contract management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee contract development, negotiation, and execution for technology-related products and services.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.Draft, review, and manage contracts in Vendoor (contract lifecycle management system)Lead negotiations and contract modifications with internal stakeholders and vendorsAnalyze contract terms, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business units to align contract terms with business goals.Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and resolutions.Required Qualifications:5–10+ years of experience in IT contracting, with a focus on software licensing and IT infrastructure (including mainframe)Strong background in banking, credit union, or commercial/financial services environmentsExpertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and complianceProficiency with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Vendoor)Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skillsAbility to quickly interpret management intent and execute with urgencyExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SaaS and cloud services contracts
