We are looking for OT with both in and out-patient experience. The workload is about 50/50 between the two. Variable schedule will include weekends.

Additional information: Overtime and billing rules: Billing cycle is weekly. No cancellations. All missed breaks need to be pre-approved and will be paid for with proof of approval. Overtime policy: If the all inclusive hourly rate in the Medefis platform is $80/hour or less, Table 1 applies. If the hourly rate is $81 or greater, Table 2 applies:

Table 1: Bill rates up to $80/hour. The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the regular hourly rate plus $10/hr. The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a single day shall be billable at the regular hourly rate plus $30/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the regular hourly rate plus $10/hr. The on-call rate shall be defined in the job posting. The call-back rate shall be equal to the holiday rate.

National patient safety goals [NPSGs]: Clinicians must be familiar and versed with regard to the NPSGs identified by Joint Commission such as: understanding alarms, use of patient restraints, infection prevention, patient identification (2-step), labeling of meds and med/calc errors, identifying safety risks, and signs of suicide risk.
