$15.00 - $28.00/hr* Employment type may vary Shift may start between 4:00am - 7:00am or 7:00am - 9:00am Role summary Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift items over 50 pounds and may operate heavy machinery such as forklifts. What you’ll do You play a major role in how customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, or only associate a customer interacts with, so it’s important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You will juggle multiple tasks such as scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances.
