Ink Technician / Production Worker- Pay up to $23/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $23/hr

Shift: 1st Shift- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift- Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, mix, and blend inks according to production requirements
• Deliver press-ready inks to support production schedules
• Perform quality checks, including color matching and viscosity testing
• Monitor and support machine operations, including basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records
• Manage ink inventory and move materials using pallet jacks
• Follow Lean, 5S, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with production scheduling and ink usage estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Steel-toed or composite-toed safety shoes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Basic math skills for measurements, weights, and volume calculations
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet usage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes
• Must be able to distinguish colors accurately (not colorblind)
• Ability to stand for most of an 8 to 12-hour shift
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, printing, ink production, or production experience
• Machine operation or troubleshooting experience
• Experience with mixing, batching, or blending processes
• Forklift experience
• Quality inspection or color matching experience
• Packaging and material handling experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
