What You’ll Do

• Consult & Protect: Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) consultations to help local families evaluate their risks and choose tailored coverage across Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life lines.
• Dominate the Pipeline: Turn warm inbound leads and agency databases into bound policies.
• Cross-Sell & Retain: Conduct policy reviews to spot coverage gaps and upgrade existing policyholders.
• Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain daily sales activity (calls, quotes, follow-ups) in our CRM to comfortably hit and exceed monthly performance goals.
• Seamless Onboarding: Guide clients through the binding and onboarding process with compliance and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Active License: Valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required (Life & Health is a big plus!).
• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to comfortably serve our diverse East County community.
• Sales Track Record: 1+ years of insurance sales, inside sales, or consultative sales experience with a history of hitting targets.
• Strong Communicator: High energy, empathetic listener, and persuasive telephone presence.
• Self-Motivated Drive: A competitive mindset focused on closing deals and building a book of business.
