Duration: 6 Months
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with ClaimsVantage expertise to support an upcoming client proposal and implementation initiative.
- The ideal candidate will have approximately 6 years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on knowledge of ClaimsVantage and its application within the insurance domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical expertise in Salesforce and ClaimsVantage solutions.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on project requirements.
- Work with ClaimsVantage capabilities and insurance-specific processes, including claims-related workflows.
- Develop and implement Salesforce components, integrations, workflows, and configurations as required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and ClaimsVantage-related issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and established development methodologies.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on experience with ClaimsVantage.
- Experience working on Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, Lightning/LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce integration concepts and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience working in the insurance/claims domain is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Must be physically located in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting ClaimsVantage on Salesforce.
- Experience with insurance industry processes, particularly claims administration and claims management.
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
