Description We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting staff. Duties Collaborate with the Unit Manager Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed Assist in training new employees on procedures and standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Skills Proficiency in food production and handling Strong leadership abilities to effectively help manage a team Competence in cash handling procedures This is a full-time position including benefits such as: 401K and 401K Match Flexible Schedule PTO and more If you have great management skills and are passionate about serving customers we would love to hear from you!
