Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a warm, community-centered skilled nursing facility in the heart of Niagara County, is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our multidisciplinary care team. At Newfane, you are family — our close-knit team has been caring for our neighbors for decades, and the Registered Dietitian (RD) plays a central role in nurturing the overall wellness of every resident.

The Registered Dietitian (RD) position is a great opportunity for a dietitian at any stage of their career — prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience is welcome but not required. Registered Dietitian (RD) Duties

Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
Monitor residents' nutritional status, weights, and dietary needs
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on resident care planning
Ensure dining and nutrition services meet state and federal regulations
Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff

Registered Dietitian (RD) Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications

Registered Dietitian (RD) — current registration/certification
Dietitian experience preferred; nursing home experience NOT required
