Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position; flexible scheduling opportunities may be available depending on client needs

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license (Florida or compact state)
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating for cardiovascular procedures
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
• Previous travel assignment experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in the CVOR, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes
• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of cardiovascular procedures, working closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique protocols
• Accurately document intraoperative care and communicate changes in patient condition
• Support patients and families with clear, compassionate information throughout the surgical process
