EssentialFunctions
- CoordinateswithProjectManagertocreateaccuratedocumentation.
- Assistsinthematerialprocurementprocessandtrackingtheaccuracyofprojectestimates.
- Solicitsnewsubcontractorsandsuppliersandassurenecessarypre-qualificationstepsaretaken.
- Accuratelymanagedrawings,subcontractordocuments,invoicesandanyotheron-siteconstructiondocumentation.
- Abilitytoreadandunderstanddrawings,projectspecifications,costanalyses,andscopeofwork.
- Accuratelysummarizeprojectdetailsandanynecessarychanges.
- Tracks,maintains,anddevelopsallnecessaryclose-outdocumentstoassisttheProjectManager.
- Maintainsandmanagesanaccurateprojectbudgetrevisinganynecessarychangesandproperlycommunicatingchangestotheteam.
- Schedulesanynecessarymeetingstokeeptheteamup-to-datewithdetailedprojectsummaries
- Understandsandappliesanyrelatedstateandfederallaws.
- B.S.inConstructionManagementoraffiliateddegreesuchasArchitectureorEngineeringwithatleast5years’experienceintheconstructionindustryorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
- Havemanagedatleast1otherPEinaSeniorPEorPEroleonalargescale,commercial,mixed-useand/ormultifamilyprojectsorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
- Possessstrongknowledgebaseinalldivisionsofconstructionmanagementandabilitytofollowtheproceduressetforthineachdivision.
- Knowledgeoflocalconstructionrelatedcompaniesisaplus.
- StrongcomputerskillsincludingtheabilitytouseBluebeam/PDF,spreadsheets,onlineplanroomsandcompanycommunicationtools,suchasemail,internet,andworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandcomputerbasedschedulingsoftware.ExperiencewithViewpointisbeneficial.
Thebasesalaryrangeforthispositionis$95,000-$120,000peryear,dependingonqualificationsandexperience.
