Youth Elite Coach Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington - Howard County, MD and Surrounding Areas Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 3045 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 3040 minute radius for coaching assignments. You'll laugh, you'll break a sweat, and you'll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do! Passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle that is insured (travel required between sites) Experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred To be considered, coaches should be available during the upcoming Summer and Fall Seasons within the following timeframes: Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM 12:45 PM Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM 4:30 PM (summer season - limited) Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM 7:00 PM Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM 12:45 PM **These are not shifts or set work hours, but the time windows in which sessions are scheduled. Schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season. A fun work environment with flexible hours that provides a meaningful coaching experience with young children. Compensation: $22-26/hour Bonus Opportunities each season (4x year) Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-7:00pm Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am - 12:45pm Growth Opportunities Supportive Staff Online + In-Person Paid Training 24/7 Access to Online Training Resources End of Season Celebrations + Other Team Activities A reliable and consistent coach who enjoys teaching our fun, themed soccer sessions within a structured 810-week seasonal schedule.
