Sales Associate Pure Barre Darien & Westport, CT

We need someone who can close. Not someone who wants to work in fitness. Someone who wants to sell, and happens to like the idea of doing it somewhere people are already excited to be. If that's you, keep reading the rest of this is the honest version, hard parts included, because we'd rather you know now than quit in month two.

This is a part-time, in-studio sales role four days a week, on the floor, talking to real people about joining. It is not a management job, it is not remote, and it is not a desk job with occasional selling. You will be standing in a Pure Barre studio, lead sheet in hand, closing. One team, two studios, two different games. Darien is where you build newer energy, room to make the studio yours, and every membership you sign is one you can point to as your win. Westport is already busy; classes fill up the way a waitlisted studio does. The people are already walking in the door there, so your job is converting the room that's already interested, not creating interest from nothing. Same team, same coaching, same goals either way you're not juggling two separate gigs.

What You'll Actually Do

• Talk to every first-time visitor and get them into a membership before they leave.
• Call every lead back within 10 minutes during your shift, that's the standard, not a suggestion.
• Work a list of lapsed members every week and bring some of them back.
• Run the script, take the coaching, hit the number. This role is built and supported you won't be guessing.
• Report your own numbers daily. You'll always know exactly how you're doing, and so will we.

The Honest Hard Parts

Most of your income depends on what you sell the base pay is modest on purpose. If you need a guaranteed flat paycheck and don't want your effort directly tied to your earnings, this isn't the right seat. You'll get told no, more than once a day, and you'll need to pick the phone back up anyway. You're splitting your week across two towns. And this role is closely coached scripts, call reviews, a scorecard which is a gift if you want to get better fast, and a friction point if you'd rather freelance it your own way.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission. Full commission structure shared in the interview.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
