Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
Prepare and cook a variety of delicious menu items daily
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
Maintain and clean equipment daily
Maintain and monitor cooking oil
Maintain and monitor all breading's, mixes, rubs, sauces and seasonings

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent
Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work Monday to Saturday
