This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships, and is looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive practice. Located just minutes from the beach, our practice combines a modern clinical environment with a strong reputation in the community, an experienced team, and a loyal patient base. Practice Highlights

* Over $3 million in annual production * More than 3,000 active patients * 50+ new patients each month * Fee-for-Service and PPO practice (No Denti-Cal or HMOs) * Eight fully equipped operatories * Strong hygiene program * CBCT technology on-site * Established patient flow with excellent treatment opportunities * Collaborative and team-oriented culture

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, patient-centered treatment * Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans that educate and empower patients * Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care * Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school * Active California dental license * Five or more years of general dentistry experience preferred * Strong communication and case presentation skills * Commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry * Team-oriented with a growth mindset

Compensation & Benefits
