Security Architect

Perform the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required to develop the security architecture and to ensure that it is leveraged. The Security Architect focuses across more than one project at a time, analyzing business context (trends and business strategy), as well as change requirements to guide solution decisions. A Security Architect must understand and advocate the principles of business and IT strategies, as well as engineering and service delivery.

What you will do:

• Define Security architecture that is managed and supports EA management disciplines.
• Participate in developing road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state.
• Ensure that all individual solution architecture design and analysis work is documented in a structured fashion matching the EA framework and is stored in a common place.
• Assist with governance activities associated with ensuring domain architecture and, thus, EA compliance.
• Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to harmonize systems or infrastructure with the domain architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify the domain architecture to accommodate project needs.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or four (4) years’ experience.
• Four (4)+ years’ design and implementation experience in IT, with experience in all the following areas and focused expertise in a minimum of two of the following areas:
• Cloud Security (Azure)
• Network Security
• Server/Workstation Security
• Container Security
• Software / WebApp development MSFT/.NET stack with a focus on security, application threat modeling and analysis
• Secure Development Lifecycle using and established framework e.g. MSF
• Implementation of threat defense in Web Apps, APIs, using a common standards framework e.g. OWASP
• Knowledge of HIPAA and HITRUST compliance
• CISSP certification is preferred
• Zero Trust
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
