Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Omaha, NE, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees industrial projects from planning through completion, ensuring that scaffolding, insulation, coatings, demolition, concrete repair, and related services are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating resources and subcontractors, tracking progress, managing budgets, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager will also handle documentation, inspections coordination, logistics planning, and risk management while resolving issues that may affect timelines or costs. Collaboration with field supervisors and operations leadership is critical to maintain efficient workflows and strong client relationships. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Experience as an Expeditor or in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Inspection experience and familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance standards in industrial or construction environments. Logistics Management skills for coordinating site support, vendor activities, and transport of materials and equipment. Previous experience in industrial services, construction, maintenance, or related fields is highly beneficial. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE in varying industrial conditions, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
