Pay:$20/hr

Shift: 7am-330 (Monda-Friday- Dayshift)

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments by unloading materials, verifying quantities and product details, and checking for accuracy and completeness against documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report any discrepancies or issues according to established procedures.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking items, packaging products securely, and ensuring all orders match shipping documentation.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels, update item locations, and record movement of materials and finished goods.
• Use UPS shipping software to create shipping labels, process outbound orders, and ensure correct routing and documentation for all shipments.
• Operate order picker equipment to accurately and safely select products from designated storage locations to fulfill customer and production orders.
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping standards and adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production schedules and meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices related to material handling, equipment operation, and warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

• Current forklift certification with at least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift, or a minimum of 5 years of combined experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Proficiency operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate order picker equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure shipment accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate material handling equipment in a safe manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
