We’re building a high-performance HVAC sales team . This isn’t a parts-changing job — this is for closers who can diagnose, educate, and sell on the spot .

Pay & Benefits

• $25–$35/hr base (depending on experience) 
• Uncapped commission on every repair and system sale
• Spiffs + performance bonuses 
• $80K–$110K typical | Top closers can $120K–$150K 
• Company vehicle (take home) 
• Year-round steady leads 

What You’ll Do

• Handle service calls with a sales-first mindset
• Present repair vs. replacement options confidently 
• Close repairs and system upgrades 
• Upsell indoor air quality and energy-saving solutions 
• Build trust with homeowners through clear, professional communication 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years proven HVAC or home-service sales experience 
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven — you can close the deal
• Comfortable presenting options and pricing 
• Clean driving record & professional appearance 
• EPA certification a plus, but not required
