Responsibilities Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices Help the product owner and development team achieve internal customer satisfaction Lead the scrum and development teams in self‑organization Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments Help the scrum and development teams identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework Resolve conflicts and issues that occur Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity Support the product owner and provide education where needed Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‑quality products on time Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles Qualifications 8–10 years of prior experience on a scrum team All certificates must be current Understanding of risk management, API and CI/CD Ability to analyze, think quickly and resolve conflict Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not Experience with successful Agile techniques Ability to work with and lead a team Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Self‑motivation and ability to stay focused in a distracting environment Knowledge of AI Agent Certifications: A‑CSM, PSM, or PSMIII Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or equivalent Benefits Teradyne offers robust health and well‑being benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid vacation & holidays, tuition assistance programs, and more. Compensation Base salary range: $127,200 – $193,600. This range is a good‑faith estimate and may fluctuate based on experience and skill set.
