Responsibilities Follow a carefully crafted care plan designed by skilled nurse assessors to deliver high-quality support to clients. Assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and offer medical care as appropriate within a home health setting. Contribute to creating meaningful experiences for patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. Qualifications Ideally at least one year of hands-on experience (home care, hospital, or assisted living). Ability to read and follow written instructions and adhere to care plans. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance to enable travel to various locations.
