Investment Banking Analyst Opportunity

Our client is a boutique investment bank and advisory firm. Their small deal teams focus on the middle-market and afford analysts the opportunity to work directly with senior-level management of their clients to join their Delray Beach office.

The investment banking analyst will support our client across a variety of different transactions, with an emphasis on analytical support, research, and marketing.

• Work with associates and senior leadership to prepare analytical materials covering financial statements, operational performance, and other due diligence-related items.
• Assist in building and maintaining models that accurately depict client transactions and allow the team to properly analyze companies and scenarios.

Researching comparable companies and transactions to calculate valuations, industry research, market research, and research used to identify appropriate investors, lenders, or buyers for our client's deals.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other closely related field. Experience in financial modeling and experience working within, or adjacent to, the debt capital markets arena. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is highly important.

• Post-hiring, the analyst will be required to take and pass the Series 79 and Series 63 exams.
