Investment Banking Analyst Opportunity

Our client is a boutique investment bank and advisory firm. Their small deal teams focus on the middle-market and afford analysts the opportunity to work directly with senior-level management of their clients to join their Delray Beach office.

The investment banking analyst will support our client across a variety of different transactions, with an emphasis on analytical support, research, and marketing.

• Work with associates and senior leadership to prepare analytical materials covering financial statements, operational performance, and other due diligence-related items.

• Assist in building and maintaining models that accurately depict client transactions and allow the team to properly analyze companies and scenarios.

• Researching comparable companies and transactions to calculate valuations, industry research, market research, and research used to identify appropriate investors, lenders, or buyers for our client's deals.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other closely related field.

• Experience in financial modeling and experience working within, or adjacent to, the debt capital markets arena.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is highly important.

Post-hiring, the analyst will be required to take and pass the Series 79 and Series 63 exams.
