Requirements This will be for EP call only, no clinic time, and is at our Springfield location at HSHS St. John’s Hospital. Below are the dates of coverage needed. Volume varies based upon hospital census and need for EP services. The team would prefer 1 physician to cover 1 week per month, but will consider more than 1 physician if needed. For any bids submitted, please complete the fillable risk questions and the NPDB form. Additionally, please also share what they are able to cover from the list of dates provided and their availability for a phone interview with our physician leader. 2026 Dates: - 9/28 – 10/5, 6a-6a - 10/26 – 11/2, 6a-6a - 11/16-11/23, 6a-6a - 12/14-12/21, 6a-6a 2027 Dates: - 1/25-2/1, 6a-6a - 2/15-2/22, 6a-6a - 3/29-4/5, 6a-6a - 4/26-5/3, 6a-6a - 5/10-5/17, 6a-6a
