Start your career in the fast-growing beverage sales distribution with one of the fastest emerging brands at Hayden Beverage.We are currently hiring an Operations Manager for our Idaho Falls team.Compensation: $60,000 - $66,000 yearly salary plus bonuses.Schedule: Monday through FridayOperations Manager Job Details:Must be flexible with workdays and hours of workdays.Assist in the selection of Delivery and Merchandising positions by working with your Supervisor team to perform applicant screening through interviews using developed interview questions.Finalize the selection of candidates with your team.Manage the performance of new hire and ongoing staff training.Manage the adoption and training of all worksite safety programs.Manage staff's actions to ensure staff compliance to Standards of Conduct and other Company policies.Manage staff's time and attendance compliance including working with supervising personnel in the identification of non-complaint patterns and behavior and corrective action processes.Conducts periodic training for staff on topics such as new policies, changes in safety rules or operational processes, and others.Coordinates Department return to work with the Department Director to minimize injuries and costs to the Company.Ensures Company standards and operations are satisfied.Oversees the Delivery Department's Drug Free Workplace policy compliance.Ensures all duties are performed in a safe and mindful manner as defined in the Company safety policy.Oversee the completion of appropriate paperwork and delivery drivers handling accordingly.Oversee overall cleanliness and order of the vehicles and the surrounding areas is constantly maintained.Job QualificationsJob Qualifications:Leadership or training experiencePreferred knowledge of distribution industryYou are detail oriented and efficiently organizedAble to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accountsAble to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the publicAcceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's licensePre-employment drug testing and backgroundAble to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds, as well as lift 158 pounds up to 24" off the groundAbility to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card if neededBenefits:Free product every month: beer, wine, Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beveragesDiscount on Hayden's productsAffordable medical, dental, and vision plansCompany paid life insurance and STDPaid holidays and PTO packagesReferral bonuses401(k) with Match529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k)Gym membership reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks at Work Discount ProgramSafe Ride Home ProgramAbout Hayden:At Hayden Beverage Co. we strive to be more than a team.
