Supply Chain & Operations Planning Manager

Seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Planning Manager to lead demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee a planning team, optimize inventory, drive S&OP processes, and ensure efficient product availability while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the supply chain and planning team.
• Manage demand forecasting, S&OP, and master production scheduling.
• Oversee inventory planning, safety stock, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely product availability.
• Manage supplier performance, production planning, and contract manufacturing activities.
• Utilize ERP (preferably Syspro) for planning, MRP/MPS, inventory, and reporting.
• Develop KPIs, analyze supply chain performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of supply chain, production planning, or operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer products preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Syspro preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification and Power BI/Tableau experience are a plus.
