This team is responsible for defining, implementing and managing processes that support compliance, policy, outreach, and privacy related work across the organization./ph3Requirements/h3pSenior level personnel qualifications:/pulliMinimum ten (10) years of professional experience/liliBachelors degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, data science, or another relevant discipline/li/ulp 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on working with security, compliance, or risk management teams/pp Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering roadmaps/pp Demonstrated experience streamlining and automating business processes through technology solutions/pp Knowledge of federal security compliance frameworks like FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP etc./pp Strong understanding of federal information security principles and privacy regulations/pp Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborating closely with engineering and DevOps teams/pp Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts for various audiences/ph3Capabilities/h3p Ability to manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation/pp Ability to collect requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution/pp Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management/ppThe contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:/pulliGather and synthesize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization decisions./liliSupport enhanced understanding and availability of policy and process requirements across the organization/liliTranslate regulatory requirements, policy and stakeholder needs into well-defined product/process requirements and user stories/liliDevelop product roadmaps for GRC automation tools and help drive measurable improvements in efficiency and risk reduction/liliManage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing short term needs with long term strategy/liliPartner closely with engineering and delivery teams to integrate security and privacy controls into agile and DevOps workflows, enabling continuous compliance./liliManage stakeholder communication, alignment and transparency about roadmap and outcomes/liliMeasure outcomes and use feedback and data to inform continuous improvement of processes and services./liliExperience with modern product and backlog management platforms such as Azure DevOps and Jira is required, including the ability to manage, prioritize, and track product backlogs, user stories, and release plans. Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint Online is also expected. Experience with government?focused GRC automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, HighBond/Diligent, RegScale, MetricStream, Archer) is beneficial but not mandatory./li/ul/div
