Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

Restaurant General Manager - What You'll Do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Take ownership of restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and P&L management.
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, scheduling, and operational budgets.
• Build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and employee development.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational consistency.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
• Lead by example and stay actively involved in both FOH and BOH operations.

Restaurant General Manager - What We're Looking For:

• Proven General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, food and labor costs, and restaurant profitability.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing successful teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, positive leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational standards.
• A track record of delivering great guest experiences and consistent results.
