Cytiva seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to support its Cell Culture Media business through financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. The role involves partnering with product and commercial teams on sales analytics, margin optimization, and budget development. Responsibilities
- Provide sales analytics including customer trends, projections, and bookings reviews
- Partner with pricing and costing teams to expand margins and profitability
- Assemble weekly, monthly forecasts and annual budgets with financial reporting
- Conduct data analysis and develop business cases for key projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum five years financial work experience with forecasting and planning
- Proficiency analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Cross-functional project leadership within business operations
- Experience working across multiple functions and geographic regions
Compensation: $100,000-$115,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
