Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Analyst, BI & Analytics supports the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data models that enable effective Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights and reliable reporting solutions.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and business partners to improve visibility, data quality, and operational performance across the supply chain organization.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that support SIOP and supply chain performance managementTranslate business requirements into intuitive visualizations and meaningful metricsValidate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with defined KPI logicData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze supply chain, inventory, forecast, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport ad hoc analysis and recurring business reviews with clear, actionable insightsAssist in root cause analysis and performance monitoring to improve planning and execution outcomesData Management & QualitySupport data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities across reports and source systemsDocument business rules, metric definitions, and data transformation logicPartner with IT and data teams to resolve data issues and improve data reliabilityStakeholder Support & EnablementPartner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and prioritize enhancementsProvide training and support to business users on dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics toolsCommunicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiencesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related fieldExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauWorking knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and data validation techniquesStrong Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize data into business insightsFamiliarity with supply chain, SIOP, or planning processes preferredCore CompetenciesData Analysis: Interpreting data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunitiesDashboard Development: Building clear, user-friendly visualizations and performance reportingData Quality: Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting outputsBusiness Partnership: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersCommunication: Presenting insights clearly and translating technical details into business languageSuccess MeasuresTimely and accurate delivery of dashboards, reports, and analysisImproved data quality and reduced reporting discrepanciesStrong stakeholder satisfaction with reporting support and insightsIncreased adoption and effective use of dashboards and self-service analytics toolsClear documentation and consistent application of KPI definitions and business rulesA reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$85,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
