Phlebotomist III - FloaterPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist III - Floater to support our client's healthcare facility in Kenosha, WI. This is a 13 weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.Schedule: Monday–Friday; any 8-hour shift varies between 5:30 AM and 5:00 PMSaturday Requirement: Rotating Saturdays; when working Saturday, a weekday off will be provided. The weekday off cannot be guaranteed in advance.Location: Kenosha, WI 53142Job Type: Local contractContract Length: 13 Week/sPay Range: $24/Hour - $25.75/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Perform accurate and efficient venipuncture and specimen collection.Conduct blood draws for patients across a wide range of age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients.Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.Verify patient demographic information and ensure specimen labels accurately match patient information and requisitions.Obtain and verify required patient signatures following venipuncture.Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing and transportation.Explain collection procedures clearly and help create a comfortable, trusting environment.Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.Adapt to varying staffing needs and provide coverage at multiple locations with minimal notice.Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Years of experience: Minimum 4 years of phlebotomy experience requiredSkills/Specialties/Technology: Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
