Senior Data Analyst

Part‑Time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week. Public Trust Clearance required. What You'll Be Doing: Develop data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and investigative objectives. Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify fraud trends, anomalies, and operational risks. Build and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting solutions. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Create technical documentation, methodologies, and analytical artifacts. Support existing analytics applications and troubleshoot data-related issues. Conduct advanced statistical analysis and pattern recognition using modern analytical tools. Participate in site visits and collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for data‑driven insights. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence solutions. Strong knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, data governance, and data quality principles. Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and advanced analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills: Experience detecting fraud through data analytics and statistical modeling. Experience with Azure or AWS services, including Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lake. Knowledge of law enforcement, audit, investigative, or compliance environments. Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience. Experience presenting findings to leadership and large stakeholder groups. Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred. Experience working with cloud‑based analytics platforms and business intelligence tools. Additional Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years.
