The Procopio Companies (TPC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing activities for our apartment community, prioritizing resident happiness and retention. You will attract and retain residents, conduct tours, and coordinate events to showcase the property value. Responsibilities include leading marketing efforts, negotiating lease terms, analyzing market trends, and managing the leasing process from lead to move-in.
