What You'll Do

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to closure.
• Partner with Clients, gaining insight into their hiring requirements, challenges, and culture.
• Source Proactively utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS, complemented by your own connections and tools, including our exclusive communication platform.
• Harness Our Platform to manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that offer long-term advantages for clients while maximizing your commissions.
• Participate in Thought Leadership as we amplify our brand — and yours.
