Responsibilities: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location) Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Offer: Guaranteed base pay up to $1,200/day with unlimited earning potential Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 (dependent on experience and start date) Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 No lab fees Full-time providers can enroll in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-paid Short Term and Long Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance plans 401(k) Retirement Plan Malpractice insurance coverage paid by the company Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including memberships in ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications: We expect you to possess: DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
