You will guide policyholders through their coverage and steps to get back on the road safely. Differentials: 10% Bilingual Skill: 10% for evening shifts; 20% for weekends Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates. What Were Looking For: Experience: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred. License: Active Adjusters license preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
