Plant Health Care Specialist

Position Summary As a Plant Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and treating tree and shrub health issues within a specific territory. Responsibilities Inspect plant material and identify pests, diseases, or other concerns. Select and apply appropriate treatments to promote plant health. Prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscape. Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively. Work independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. About You A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass, or related experience (preferred). Ability to work independently with responsibility and care. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to engage clients effectively. Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment use. Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses. Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate service-line vehicles.
