The Role:
- Location: Glendale, AZ
- Assignment duration: 11/1/2026 - 11/8/2026 (7 days)
- Shift Type: 8a-5p weekdays; weekend clinic coverage; weeknight & weekend call/callback 5p-8a
- In House Call: Rotating call shifts with current IR practice; includes weeknight, weekend, and rotating holiday coverage
- Cases: Biopsy; drain placement; nephrostomy; gastrostomy; embolization; IVC filter; fistulagram with declot; biliary and venous interventions. General fluoroscopy procedures a plus.
- OT: Not expected.
- Site Charting System: Powerscribe 1 dictation
- Estimated annual volume: 10,238
- Qualifications: IR Fellowship and ABR Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology certification. Productivity expectation - minimum 61 RVUs per shift.
